STEP BY STEP PROCESS TO COOK BUTTER PANNER

STEP 1

wash and chop the tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies


Heat oil in a pan then add
onion
tomatoes
garlic
ginger
green chilles
cashew nut

Cook for about 12-15 minutes until every everything become soft

Allow the mixture to cool comopeltely

blend into smooth puree

NOW WE PREPARE MASALA

heat butter in a pan

ADD
1 bayleaf
2 cardamon
3 cinnamon
4 cloves

saute for 30 seconds
now pour the puree we prepares

ADD
red chilli powder
turmeric
coriander powder
cumin powder
salt
mix well...................................
cook for 3-4 minutes

STEP 3

ADD The Paneer gently
mix the curry careful so the panner cubes doesnt break
cook for another 5-10 minutes

STEP 4

ADD CREAM
reduce the flame to low
NOW ADD
Garam masala
crushed kasoori methi
honey

cook for another 2 min

STEP 5

Turn off the heat
Garnish with
+ Fresh cream
+ Butter
+ fresh coriander
